Water Access
River frontage, bore proximity and yield, dam potential, irrigation district, and groundwater vulnerability. The per-lot enrichment is partially populated but not yet tile-packaged. Adding water-sharing-plan overlap and a bore-confidence banding is on the AGDSS-011 data-ingestion list.
Why we're waiting
"Nearest bore distance" is legitimate but needs a confidence band (close = high, far = low) to avoid giving false hope for lots where the nearest bore is on a neighbour's titled property. Water-sharing-plan membership also needs to be in the tile.
The Agricultural Property Report already shows per-lot bore distance, depth, yield, and water-sharing-plan name with explicit caveats.
